摘 要:目的:设计最优化方案,解决管理混乱和权责不清的问题。方法:基于原始数据,依据最优化计算理论,建立数学模型;然后进行参数符号化、数据量化、归一化处理,根据不同部门的工作特点灵活调整权重、计算综合评价指数等一系列的数据处理;最后通过Matlab软件编程设计方案。结果:参考相关参数,提取有用数据,计算出了总工时和综合评价指数;合理搭配,实现了最优化方案的设计。结论:提高了工作效率,明确了权责,工作落实到位,可指导医院相关职能部门的合理分工、工作量统计、年终总结、合理规划等,具有推广价值。Objective To design an optimized scenario and solve the problems of disorder management and irresponsibility. Methods Mathematics model was conceived in accordance with the theory of optimization and based on the source data.And then the data was processed in a series of steps including parameter symbolization,and data quantization and normalization. The comprehensive evaluation index(CEI) with a number of flexible weight coefficients was computed according to different job features varying from the different departments.Finally,the program of scenario was designed with MATLAB software. Results The amount of work time and the CEI were computed by referring to some equipment parameters and extracting the useful data.Eventually,the design of optimization scenario for quality control was realized via the proper match and program.Conclusion The scenario can greatly improve the productivity,verify the responsibility and clarify the work.It may be used to offer guidance to some departments corresponding in the hospital in the form of reasonable division,statistics of work amount,yearly summary and proper programming etc.,as well.Thus,it assumes that the scenario will bring great promotional value.
