深圳市初治涂阳肺结核治愈影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨影响初治涂阳肺结核病人治愈的因素,以提高治愈率。方法应用Logistic回归分析统计方法对广东省深圳市2009年上半年登记的初治涂阳肺结核病人进行调查分析。结果共登记的初治涂阳肺结核1296例,治愈1036例,治愈率为79.9%。人口类型、管理方式、二月末痰菌,是影响肺结核治愈率的主要影响因素,其中管理方式,OR值为11.242,明显高于其他影响因素的OR值,是影响肺结核治愈率的最主要因素。结论强化对肺结核治疗的督导力度,完善文化教育,提高专业机构的建设水平是提高肺结核治愈率的关键。OBJECTIVE To discuss influential factors for the preliminary treatments of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis so as to improve its cure rate.METHODS Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the cases of the preliminary treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in Shenzhen in the first half of 2009.RESULTS 1 296 cases were registered as preliminary treatment for smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis,of which 1 036 cases were cured with a cure rate of 79.9%.Census type,supervisor mode,and sputum testing result were the influencing factors of cure rate.The OR of supervisor mode was 11.242,higher than those of other factors,showing the supervisor mode was the main influential factor.CONCLUSION The key measures to improve cure rate of tuberculosis patients are to strengthen the supervision.It is import to perfect health education and improve the constructive level of professional organization.
