简阳市女性性工作者艾滋病知识态度行为及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过对女性性工作者的艾滋病知识态度行为及影响因素的调查,为进一步针对该人群开展有效的艾滋病预防控制工作提供依据。方法对城区所有涉及性交易的场所进行调查,共调查女性性工作者400名,在知情同意原则下进行匿名问卷调查,有效问卷398份。结果调查对象平均年龄为24岁,艾滋病防治知识知晓率达89.45%。所有档次场所最近一次性行为安全套的使用率70.85%,最近1个月安全套坚持使用率为62.06%,而低档场所安全套的使用率较低,分别为55.56%和44.44%,差异均有统计学意义。"客人不愿意使用"和"身边没有"为未使用安全套的两大主要原因。最近一次商业性行为中安全套使用率与文化程度、接受艾滋病健康教育、艾滋病相关知识得分呈正相关。最近一年获取艾滋病性病知识信息的主要来源是免费宣传材料(34.62%)、医生(16.15%)和咨询服务(13.O8%)。结论加强女性性工作者的艾滋病健康教育,重点干预低档娱乐场所,以减少危险性行为的发生,会有助于艾滋病防治工作。OBJECTIVE Through the study on KAP for HIV/AIDS among female commercial sex workers and influential factors,to provide basis for further doing effective AIDS prevention and control work for this population.METHODS By using the method of cluster sampling and sampling from all places related to sex in urban areas,an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among total 400 female sex workers under the principle of informed consent,with 398 valid questionnaires.RESULTS The average age of the respondents was 24 and up to 89.45% of them had the knowledge about AIDS prevention and control.70.85% of the respondents in various levels of places used condom at last sexual contact and 62.06% of them persisted in using condoms in the last month,which was even much worse at lower level places,with 55.56% and 44.44% respectively.The differences had significance.＂Clients do not want to use it＂and＂no condom is at hand＂were the two major causes of not using a condom.The rate of condom use in the latest sexual behavior was significantly correlated with level of education and health education intervention.The main source of obtaining AIDS/STD knowledge and information were free publicity materials（34.62%）,doctors（16.15%）and consultation service（13.08%）.CONCLUSION It will promote AIDS prevention and control work by strengthening the health education on AIDS among female sex workers and mainly interfering in the lower level entertainment places to reduce risky sexual behaviors.
