ADVIA2120血液分析仪有核红细胞报警提示的可信性分析

摘　　要：目的分析ADVIA2120血液分析仪对有核红细胞报警提示的可信度。方法收集仪器白细胞分类栏有有核红细胞报警提示的标本185例及468例无有核红细胞报警提示的标本进行手工推片、瑞氏染色镜检。结果 ADVIA2120血液分析仪对有核红细胞报警提示的敏感性为90.3%,特异性为91.0%,阳性预测值为75.7%,阴性预测值为96.8%,假阳性率24.3%。结论 ADVIA2120血液分析仪对有核红细胞报警提示具有一定的可信性,但其假阳性率也较高,因此ADVIA2120血液分析仪对有核红细胞报警提示可作为一个有效的过筛工具,还不能完全代替显微镜检查。OBJECTIVE To analyze the credibility of system ADVIA2120 Hematology Analyzer in detection of nucleated red blood cells.METHODS Collected 185 cases specimens with abnormal prompt about nucleated red blood cells in WBC column and 468 cases specimens without abnormal prompt for manual push chip and wright stain microscopy.RESULTS The sensitivity of ADVIA2120 Hematology Analyzer to nucleated red blood cells was 90.3%,specificity was 91.0%,positive predictive value was 75.7%,negative predictive value was 96.8%,false positive rate was 24.3%.CONCLUSION The alarm to nucleated red blood cells from system ADVIA2120 Hematology Analyzer has a certain credibility,the false positive rate is also higher,so abnormal prompt to nucleated red blood cells from ADVIA2120 Hematology Analyzer could be used as an effective screening tool,but also could not completely replace the microscope detection.
