摘　　要：早期检测出肥胖者的心脏结构和舒张功能的改变有重要的意义。目前超声心动图是评估肥胖对心脏结构和舒张功能影响的最主要的检测方法。本文综合国内外相关研究文献,对超声心动图在这个方面应用的主要检测技术做一综述。It has important significance to accurately detect the change of obese patients＇ heart structure and diastolic function early.Echocardiography is the most major detection method in evaluating influence of the obesity on cardiac structure and diastolic function.Based on the synthesis of the domestic and foreign relevant research literatures,this paper reviews the application of this technology on the ultrasonic electrocardiogram.
