口服阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的对口服阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效进行循证评价。方法使用相关检索词对Cochrane图书馆、MEDLINE及EMBASE等数据库进行检索,获得关于口服阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效的系统评价及随机对照实验,用循证医学的方法对口服阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效进行评价。结果口服阿昔洛韦能减少患者发热的天数及水痘皮疹的数量,但在缩短新生皮损出现时间及减轻皮肤瘙痒等方面尚不明确。结论阿昔洛韦在治疗平素健康儿童水痘患者的重要性仍不明确。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of oral acyclovir in treatment of chickenpox.METHODS Updated evidences were identified by searching Cochrane library,MEDLINE and EMBASE.Only systematic reviews,randomized controlled trials（RCTs）and quasi-RCTs were included.The efficacy of oral acyclovir in treatment of chickenpox in healthy children was analyzed through evidence-based methods.RESULTS Oral acyclovir was associated with the reductions in the number of days with fever and in the number of rash.There were less supportive evidences in shortening the number of days to get new rash and relieving pruritus.CONCLUSION The clinical importance of oral acyclovir treatment in healthy children remains uncertain.
