实时三维超声心动图对冠心病支架植入术前后左室局部和整体功能的评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨实时三维超声心动图在冠脉支架植入术前后心功能的测定价值。方法:应用实时三维超声心动图技术观察冠心病支架植入术前后左室整体和局部功能的变化。结果:术后1月内与术前1周测值比无明显差异(P>0.05),术后3个月与术前1周测值比有显著差异(P<0.05),心功能得到明显提高。结论:该方法用于冠脉造影前的初步筛查及冠脉支架植入后的心肌整体和节段性心功能的评价将不失为首选方法。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography（RT-3DE） in evaluation of the left ventricular function in patients before and after implantation of intracoronary stent.Methods：Quantitative evaluation was performed to assess the global and regional left ventricular（LV） function in patients with coronary heart disease before and after intracoronary stent implantation by RT-3DE.Results：By comparison with the cardiac conditions one month after implantation and one week before the event,the global and regional function parameters showed no significant change（P0.05）,whereas the cardiac parameters varied a lot after the stent intervention for 3 months,with significantly improved left ventricular function（P0.05）.Conclusion：RT-3DE is a promising method for quantitative evaluation of global and regional left ventricular function as well as coronary angiography in patients undergoing intracoronary stent implantation.
