摘　　要：目的:检测HLA-G mRNA在自然流产患者绒毛组织中的表达,探讨HLA-G与自然流产的关系。方法:取8例正常妊娠早孕人工流产(对照组)与6例自然流产绒毛组织(实验组),采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(real-time PCR)检测对照组和实验组绒毛组织HLA-G mRNA表达水平。结果:自然流产组HLA-G mRNA的相对表达量(0.026±0.012)明显低于正常妊娠早孕人工流产组的HLA-G mRNA的相对表达量(1.883±1.774),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:HLA-G mRNA在绒毛组织的表达异常可能与自然流产的发病有关。Objective：To detect the expression of human leukocyte antigen G（HLA-G） mRNA in villi from patients of spontaneous abortion for investigating the association of HLA-G with the spontaneous events.Methods：The specimens were obtained from 8 volunteers with normal early pregnancy（control group） and another 6 patients with spontaneous abortion（observational group）,and detected in both groups by fluorescent quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction（FQ-PCR） for the expression of HLA-G mRNA.Results：The level of HLA-G mRNA in specimens of the spontaneous abortion was 0.026±0.012 compared to 1.883±1.774 in controls,which was statistically different（P0.05）.Conclusion：Spontaneous abortion may be associated with lower HLA-G mRNA expression.
