高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张36例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨大隐静脉高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗(endovenous laser treatment,EVLT)大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2011年2月至2011年6月采用高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗的36例大隐静脉曲张患者的临床资料。结果:单侧肢体手术时间为25～60 min,患者住院时间5～7 d,伤口均一期愈合,所有患者均无严重并发症发生。术后随访6～10个月,无1例静脉曲张复发。结论:高位结扎联合腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张具有创伤小、手术时间及住院时间短、恢复快、术后并发症少、美容效果好等优点,但仍有其局限性。Objective：To evaluate the effects of high ligation combined with endovenous laser treatment（EVLT） in great saphenous vein varicosity.Methods： The clinical data of 36 patients with great saphenous vein varicosity who underwent high ligation combined with EVLT during February to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Operation time of single limb was from twenty-five to sixty minutes,hospitalization time was from five to seven days,all wounds were healed by first intervention,and all the cases had no serious complications.A follow up examination was done at six to ten months after surgery.No cases had varicosity recurrence.Conclusions：High ligation combined with EVLT is advantageous in terms of less incision,shorter operation time,and hospitalization time It has more rapid recovery,fewer complications,and furthermore better effect of cosmetology.However,it is still imperfect,and it can be improved.
