摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄患者经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)围手术期的安全性。方法:108例75岁以上高龄患者前列腺电切化术。ASA评分:Ⅰ级57例、Ⅱ级32例、Ⅲ级15例、Ⅳ级4例,所有病例术前详细检查,针对其内科疾病积极治疗,把握手术时机,术前积极准备,术中加强麻醉监测,手术个体化方案,术后积极预防并发症及康复治疗。结果:术后随访,6～24个月(平均12个月)下尿路梗阻症状消失,无致死性并发症发生。结论:对高龄患者的围手术期处理,医师要充分重视,加强术前、术中、术后各个环节的操作,是手术治疗成功的关键。Objective：To study the security of preoperative period of TURP in elderly patients.Methods： 108 patients,who were over the age of 75 years with transurethral resections of prostate surgery were studied.An ASA score was used：Ⅰlevel 57 patients,Ⅱ level 32 cases,Ⅲ level 15 cases,Ⅳ level four cases,all patients had been examined before surgery,according to their medical problems and took positive treatment by grasping the operation opportunity.They prepared actively during the preoperative period by strengthening anesthesia monitoring during the intraoperative period.They took individualized surgery programs,and active measures toward recovery treatment to prevent complications after transurethral resection of prostate surgery.Results： After surgery,all patients were observed for six ～twenty-four months（average 12 months）.The lower urinary tract obstruction symptoms disappeared,and there were no fatal complications.Conclusion： For elderly patients to take the preoperative treatment,doctors should pay full attention to enhance each phase of the operation,i.e.,the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative periods.This is the key point for successful surgery.
