摘　　要：伴随着民族国家建构的历史进程,近现代思想文化界对国民劣根性的批判和对新国民精神的呼唤从未停止过。中国现代家族小说作家在对家族生活的思考中将"家"与国密切联系在一起,同样贯穿了这样的努力,特别是通过对"老中国的儿女"形象的塑造,批判了中国老百姓身上普遍存在的国民劣根性,进而参与到新国家的建设中。Associated with the historical process of the nation-state construction,the criticism of modern cultural circles on the inherent weakness of the national character and the call of new national spirit have never stopped.Chinese modern clan novelists combined the ＂family＂ and the ＂country＂ in the consideration of family life,criticized the inherent weakness of the national character through shaping the images of the old fashioned Chinese people,and participated in the construction of the new country.
