中药厌氧灵对腹腔感染所致内毒素血症治疗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察厌氧灵对腹腔感染所致内毒素血症期患者的治疗价值。 方法 :2 0例腹部外科入院患者 ,分为两组 :( 1)西医综合治疗组 ,n =10 ;( 2 )厌氧灵 +西医综合治疗组 ,n =10。在治疗前 ( 0 ) ,治疗后 1、3、7d分别观测、记录患者一般体征 ,清晨空腹采血测定血浆内毒素水平。内毒素测定采用鲎三肽偶氮显色法。 结果 :厌氧灵治疗组体温、外周血WBC计数下降速度快于对照组 ,第 3d后有显著差异 ,P <0 0 5 ;排气时间早于对照组 ,P <0 0 0 1;排便次数多于对照组 ,P <0 0 5 ;厌氧灵组可较快地降低血浆内毒素水平 ,与对照组比较P <0 0 1。 结论 :厌氧灵可以有效地降低血浆内毒素水平 ,并改善临床症状 ,促进患者的康复。Objective To observe the role of Yan Yang Ling on abdminal infection at endotoximia.We observed the role of Yan Yang Ling on abdominal infection at endotoxemia.Mathods:20 cases of inpatients suffering from acute abdominal diseases were divided into tow groups:1) supportive treatment group where western medicine was administrated,n=10;2) Yan Yang Ling group combined with western medicine,n=10.General syndromes had been recorded before treatment and on the 1 st day ,3 rd day and 7 th day after the treatment.Blood samples were collected in the morning to measure the levels of plasma LPS by lumin essay.Results:Recovery speed of body temperature and WBC in Yan Yang Ling groups where combined Chinese and western medicine had been administrated was faster than the control group.There was significant difference on the third day after treatment, P<0.05 ;exsufflation time was earlier than the control group, P<0.001 ;defecation frequency was higher than the control group, P<0.05 ;In Yan Yang Ling group,levels of plasma LPS has been eliminated more rapidly than the control group, P<0.01 .Conclusion:Combined Chinese and western medicine could effectively reduce levels of plasma LPS and improve clinical outcome.
