摘  要:采煤工作面设备配套是否合理是提高煤炭产量以及采煤机开机率的关键。通过对大采高综采工作面生产过程中设备故障时间及故障原因的统计分析,对设备适应性及其配套合理性进行评估,以使综采工作面配套设备适应于开采条件和采煤工艺,减少其对采煤工艺的影响时间,从而提高设备配套的可靠性和工作面的生产效率。The reasonable matching equipment of working face is the basic guarantee of improving the production of working face, the efficiency and the operating rate of shearer. By the statisticalanalysis of equipment downtime and the cause of failure in the production process on the large mining height fully mechanized working face, the assessment about the adaptability and rational- ity of equipment is made out. The intention is to enable mecha- nized mining equipment to be adapted to the mining conditionsand mining technology, and to improve reliability of the equip- ment, to reduce the impact time due to the mining process and the auxiliary process, consequently, improve the reliability of matching equipment and productivity of the working face.
