摘  要:为了避免"数字黄河"工程基础设施建设中,地理信息数据的重复采集和地理信息功能的重复开发,建设了黄河基础地理信息平台。该平台的建设内容包括地理信息标准、基础地理数据存储与管理平台、基础地理数据库和基础地理信息系统4部分。平台采用数据层、中间层和应用层三层结构搭建,集一体化数据编辑、多源数据集成、COM组件、Web-GIS、三维GIS、中间件等技术于一体,实现对黄河基础地理信息的存储管理、发布显示、三维仿真等操作。黄河基础地理信息平台在治黄中的应用主要体现在三方面:提供了全面、可靠、标准的黄河基础地理信息数据;提供了基于网络的地理信息浏览、显示、查询、分析等功能;提供了标准的地理信息服务中间件等。When building digital Yellow River infrastructure,in order to avoid the repeated acquisition of geographical information data and the repeated development of geographical information function,the Yellow River's basic geographical information platform was built.The main contents of the platform construction included geographic information standards,basic geographic data storage and management platform,basic geographic databases and basic geographic information system development.The platform was built based on a three-layer structure: the data layer,the middle layer and application layer.It integrates many advanced technologies together,such as institutional data editing,multi-source data integration,COM components,WebGIS,3D GIS,middleware,etc.By it,we can store,manage,issue,display,and virtualize the Yellow River's basic geographical information.The applications of Yellow River's fundamental geographic information platform in Yellow River's management is mainly reflected in three aspects: to provide comprehensive,reliable,standard Yellow River's basic geographical information;to provide the functions of browsing,display,query,analysis for geographic information based on web;to provide the standard geographic information service middleware.
