摘　　要：介绍了电弧炉炼钢的发展概况,通过电弧炉炼钢流程的资源和能源特征,得出该流程是资源节约型和环境友好型的流程。最后,列举出电弧炉炼钢中符合循环经济"3R原则"的各项指标及其对应的节能降耗技术,说明短流程钢铁企业发展循环经济大有文章可做。The development of EAF steelmaking is introduced in home and abroad,and characteristics of the resource and energy of EAF steelmaking flow sheet are analyzed.It is convinced that this flow sheet is energy-saving and environment al-friendly.Finally,each indicator with corresponding energy saving technology of EAF steelmaking complying with ＂3R principle＂of circular economy is listed,which shows great potential for short process steel enterprise to develop circular economy
