我国氧化铜浮选现状及分段硫化强化浮选工艺研究

摘　　要：我国铜矿资源人均占有率消费较世界人均占有率低,且消费总量已占全世界铜消费总量的40%,结合我国铜矿产资源现状,加强我国难选铜矿资源的开发利用,使之更好的服务于我国的经济建设,是满足我国铜消费加速增长重要战略措施之一。通过分段硫化和确定适宜的工艺流程条件,强化浮选;进行氧化铜矿石浮选回收;可有效的浮选回收氧化铜,并取得较好的选矿经济技术指标。Copper resources per capita share of consumption is lower than the world in china,And total consumption accounted for 40% of the total consumption of the world copper,Combined with the status of China＇s copper mineral resources,To strengthen development and utilization of refractory copper resources,To make it serve for China＇s economic construction,is one of the important strategic measures to meet China＇s copper consumption.By segmented sulfide and determine the optimum process conditions,Strengthen the flotation;Conduct to the flotation of Oxidation copper ore;Effective recover the copper oxide by flotation,And achieved good the beneficiation economic indicators.
