摘　　要：本文详细介绍了B级钢摇枕、侧架焊修工艺性能和影响焊接质量的各种因素,通过实验剖析了不同焊接规范下焊缝及其影响区的金相组织对裂纹形成的影响,提出了合理的焊接规范和工艺要求。This paper introduces welding repair process performance of the grade-B steel bolster and side frame,and various factors influencing welding quality.Through the experiment,the effect of microstructure of welding seam and its influence area on crack formation under different welding specifications is analyzed,reasonable welding specification and technical requirements are put forward
