异型大容量铁水罐车运输线路与输送稳定性研究

摘　　要：首钢京唐公司炼铁至炼钢的铁水运输及预处理采用“一罐到底”技术，设计采用最大直径为5190mm、最大高度为6150mm、额定载重为300t的异型大容量铁水罐车在1435mm标准轨距上运输方案。生产实践表明，该方案经济效益显著。详细阐述了首钢京唐公司铁水运输系统的设计方案，并对铁路轨距、轨道、道岔、路基与铁水输送的稳定性进行了研究。The ＂a tanker car from the beginning to the end＂ technology is used in the transportation between iron-making and steel-making process and pretreatment process in Shougang Jingtang steel compaly. The designed special large capacity molten iron tanker car with the maximum diameter of 5 190 mm, maximum height 6 150 mm and capacity of 300 t runs in the standard 1 435 mm gauge. The production practice demonstrates the remarkable economic benefits. This paper describes the design plan of Jingtang molten iron transport system, and the railway gauge, track, turnouts, roadbed and the stability of molten transoortation are studied.
