基于tufA基因的泡状饶氏藻系统发育分析

摘  要:对泡状饶氏藻[Jaoa bullata(Jao)Fan]的tufA基因进行扩增和测序,并与其它类群对比分析,分别用贝叶斯法、最大似然法和最大简约法构建系统发育树。结果显示,tufA基因测得的基因序列片段长度为957 bp,碱基组成A+T含量(64.7%)明显大于C+G含量(35.3%),说明该基因在进化上具有碱基偏好性。3种方法构建的系统树拓扑结构基本一致,泡状饶氏藻均构成相对独立的一支,显示与丝藻目、胶毛藻目及鞘藻目有一定亲缘关系。The gene tufA was amplified and sequenced for Jaoa bullata(Jao) Fan and blasted with other groups,then the phylogenetic trees based on the gene was generated by the method of Bayesian,Maximum Likelihood and Maximum Parsimony.The results showed that the sequences of tufA was 957 bp in length.There was higher content of A+T(64.7%) than that of C+G(35.3%).It indicated that the gene had favor in nucleotide.The phylogenetic trees generated from three methods displayed the similar topologic structures and J.bullata was assigned to one branch,separated from other groups.It showed some relationship with species of Ulotrichales,Chaetophorales and Oedogoniales.
