不同基质对葛萝槭光合特性日变化的影响

摘　　要：采用CB-1102便携式光合蒸腾仪对不同基质处理的葛萝槭叶片的光合特性进行了测定分析,结果表明:处理1,处理2,CK的净光合速率日变化曲线呈现单峰型,处理3净光合速率日变化呈双峰型,最大值出现在上午10:30,次高峰值出现在下午14:30,"午休"现象明显。处理2(松针、菇渣、粉煤灰和羊粪)为最佳基质配方,其次为处理3(松针、醋渣、粉煤灰、羊粪).The photosynthetic characteristics of different culture media treatment of Acer grosseri Pax was studied by the CB-1102 portable photosynthesis and transpiration rate instrument.Results showed that：The curves of diurnal variation of treatment 1,treatment 2,CK showed a single peak,the curves of diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate（Pn） of treatment 3 have two peaks,which appeared at 10：30 and 14：30 respectively.There was a clear depression at noon.Treatment 2（pine needles,mushroom slag and fly ash and sheep manure） is the best media,followed by treatment 3（pine needles,vinegar dregs,fly ash and sheep manure）.
