摘  要:运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对"体教结合"的实施情况进行分析,认为目前我国"体教结合"仍然存在一些问题:①学、训矛盾突出,人才培养单一.②陈旧价值取向制约认识程度.③师资力量有限,人才发展受阻.④体、教双向并行,收效甚微.并针对诸问题提出了相应的解决对策,为竞技体育人才培养方式的不断完善提供参考.Both Reference-Oriented Approach and Logical-Analysis Approach are applied to analyze the implementation of "combination of sport training and literacy learning" before a serial of problems have been summarized as follows: 1) great contradictions between literacy learning and physical training in the monotonous mode of education;2) backward recognition of education confined by the outdated outlook of values;3) the goal of education blocked by the shortage of faculties;4) low effect of education caused by the separation of the sport-training mode and the literacy-learning mode.This paper provides appropriate strategies for the problems mentioned,which might give insights for developing strategies of competitive sports.
