摘　　要：本文认为,要充分发掘内容丰富、特点鲜明的少数民族文化,为黑龙江文化大发展大繁荣提供宝贵资源;深刻领会精神实质,充分认识少数民族文化对推动黑龙江文化大发展大繁荣的重要作用;贯彻落实黑龙江省委十届十八次全会精神,全力推进黑龙江省少数民族文化大繁荣大发展。The paper proposes an idea of developing minorities culture which has rich content and lively characteristics, so as to provide precious resources for the great development and prosperity of culture in Heilongjiang. It is also recommended the spirit of the 18th National People＇s Congress of the 10th Heilongjiang Committee should he learned in depth and carried out seriously, remembering that the minorities＇culture plays an important role in the development and prosperity of culture in Heilongjiang, sparing no effort to promote the great development and prosperity of it.
