摘　　要：目的　对 34例胫骨平台骨折经T形或L形钢板结合AO技术手术治疗、观察其疗效。方法　 34例根据胫骨平台骨折Hohl分类法分类。单纯劈裂型 4例和内髁型 2例选用前内或前外侧切口 ;塌陷型 12例 ,劈裂塌陷型 8例及双髁型 8例选用AO膝前正中切口。切开整复 ,T形或L形支撑钢板 ,松质骨螺钉内固定。塌陷严重者行自体骨植骨 ,术后早期应用CPM机活动膝关节。结果　随诊 6～ 38个月 ,34例手术中优 16例 ,良 12例 ,中 4例 ,差 2例。优良率 82 .3%。结论　T形或L形钢板结合AO技术治疗胫骨平台骨折 ,坚强固定以维持关节面的吻合关系和对线 ,术后早期功能锻炼恢复膝关节屈伸功能 ,是治疗的一种较好方法。Objectives Tibial plateau fracture belong to intra-articular fracture.Rate of maimed and happened are very high.How to prevent secondary-injury and astarthritis is a important problem that many experts research.It′s key of treatment that how to operate and the way of internal fixation.Thirty-four patients with Hohl tyep V tibial plateau were treated with T and L type plate and AO technigues to observe the effect of treatment.Methods Thirty-four patients classified by the Hohl type V classification of tibial plateau fracture.All of them were treated with open reduction and internal fixated by T of L buttress plate and canceilous screw.After use of bone allograft subside scrious of fracture,CPM was used early to mone about knee joint.Results According to Yong′s classification of tibia platear fracture with T and L Type plate using AO techniques.It′s a good treatment to support normal relation ship and good reduction by strong fixation,move about knee joint early after operation
