昆明小鼠肺癌模型建立的初步研究

摘　　要：目的建立皮下异种肿瘤移植的昆明小鼠肺癌模型,为临床和基础研究提供理想的动物模型。方法采用培养细胞移植法,将人肺腺癌细胞系A549接种于昆明小鼠皮下,观察肿瘤移植成功率,并测瘤重,固定标本作石蜡切片、HE染色、组织学观察。结果昆明小鼠小腿皮下异种肺癌移植成功率为37.5%。结论利用人肺腺癌细胞系A549可以建立皮下异种肿瘤移植的昆明小鼠肺癌模型,但其成功率较低,仍需进一步完善。Objective To establish a mouse model of lung cancer by subcutaneous transplantation of heterogeneous tumor,and to provide an ideal animal model for clinical and basic research.Methods Kunming mice were subcutaneously injected with human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells.The success rate of transplantation was observed and tumor weight was measured.Then,HE staining was performed for regular histology observation in fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.Results The success rate of lung cancer heterograft was 37.5% in leg subcutaneous tissues of kunming mice.Conclusion The mouse lung tumor model can be established by subcutaneous transplantation of human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells,but the success rate is low and need further investigation.
