新建本科院校机械应用人才培养质量标准探析

摘　　要：新建本科院校要提高其机械类人才竞争力,就应该结合行业的发展需求,将能在生产一线从事工作的机械工程师作为培养目标,并将企业界对机械工程师的要求引入到人才培养方案中,建立相应的培养质量标准。培养过程中,尤其要突出和加强学生对机械零部件的识图、绘图能力和测量、受力分析能力等五大能力的培养。Newly-built universities must exactly orientate their talents training and give corresponding quality standard to enhance the competitiveness of their mechanical talents.Mechanical engineer should be the training target according to the development of mechanical industry and the judge： employer and educatee According to the requirements of mechanical engineer qualification examination,this chapter analyzes the characters of knowledge,ability and quality for the mechanical talents in newly-built university and puts forward the corresponding standards.
