怀化市20～59岁成年人身体机能与身体素质状况调查

摘　　要：对怀化市成人身体机能与身体素质现状进行了调查,结果表明：身体机能其变化特征表现为男、女性安静脉搏均在正常范围内保持相对稳定,血压随年龄变化而呈上升趋势,肺活量和台阶指数随年龄的增长而呈明显下降的趋势.身体素质变化特点为除个别项目外,峰值均出现在20-24岁年龄组,以后随年龄的增长而呈快速下降趋势,其中,柔韧、平衡能力随年龄的增长下降速度较快.与2005年湖南省成人水平比,怀化市成人男、女性血压均低于湖南省平均水平（P〈0.01）,肺活量和台阶指数均显著高于湖南省水平（P〈0.01）.怀化成人握力低于湖南省水平（P〈0.05）.而柔韧、平衡能力和神经系统反应能力等身体素质优于与湖南省成人水平（P〈0.001与P〈0.01）.By the Investigation and analysis on physical function physical quality of 20-59 years old adult in Huaihua City,the result shows that,Compared with the 2005 results of monitoring in Hunan province,pulse of the men and women at rest relatively stable,blood pressure with age and is on the rise.The vital capacity and the stair index assume the drop tendency along with the age growing.The physical quality change peak value appears in 20-24 age section,later with the growth of age showed a rapid decline in which flexibility and balance decreased rapidly.Compared with the 2005 adult level in Hunan province,Huaihua City of adult male and female blood pressure is lower than the average level in Hunan Province（p0.05）,vital capacity and step index was significantly higher than the average level of Hunan Province（p0.01）,flexibility,balance and nervous system response ability levels better than adults in Hunan province（p0.001,（p0.01）.
