基于5S管理的计量经济学实训教学改革研究

摘　　要：借鉴管理学中的5 S管理方法,在计量经济学实训教学中尝试改革,提出课程的实训内容设计分三个层次:基本技能实训模块、应用技能实训模块和创新技能实训模块,并在实施过程中设计了5 S管理方案.实践结果表明,通过实施5 S管理,学生的学习积极性和课程满意度明显改善,学生完成计量软件上机测试的质量明显提高,学生在近年来毕业论文及参加"挑战杯"大学生课外科技竞赛作品中应用计量方法的比例上升.This paper draws on the 5 S management approach in the management,in the attempt to reform econometrics training teaching,proposed courses of training teaching content design is divided into three levels：basic skills training module,the application of skills training modules and innovative skills training module,and in the implementation process designed 5 S management program.The practical results show that,through the implementation of the 5 S management,student learning motivation and course satisfaction improved significantly,the quality of students completed the test of econometrics software on the machine significantly improve in recent years,thesis and works of the＂Challenge Cup＂College Students＇ science and technology competition are increase in the proportion of the application of measurement methods.
