摘  要:目的探讨熟地的水溶性多糖超声提取的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交设计优化,以多糖得率和多糖含量两项为指标,考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数及其交互作用对多糖提取的影响。以葡萄糖做标准曲线,测定水溶性熟地多糖含量。结果熟地的水溶性多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:以蒸馏水为提取溶剂,提取时间60 min,料液比为1∶30,提取温度为60℃,提取3次。结论该法工艺简单,提取效率高,适合提取熟地中水溶性多糖。Objective To study the optimal ultrasonic extraction technology of the water - soluble polysaccharide in Radix Rehmanniate. Methods The orthogonal design was adopted to observe the effect of water volume,extraction rime,extraction temperature, extraction times and their interactions on the yield and content of polysaccharide as indices. The standard curve was used to determine water - soluble polysaccharide with glucose as standard sample. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the extracting solvent was water,the extraction time was 60 min, the ratio of material to solvent was 1:30,the temperature was 60 ℃ and the extraction time was 3. Conclusion The process was simple, efficient, and suitable for the extraction of water - soluble polysaccharide in Radix Rehmanniate.
