摘　　要：目的制备乙酰丁香酮。方法以2,6-二甲氧基苯酚为原料,经酰化、Fries重排反应制得终产物。结果反应总收率63.8%,产物结构由1H-NMR光谱确证。结论该方法原料经济,产率高,生产成本较低,适合工业化生产。Objective To prepare acetosyringone. Methods Acetosyringon was synthesized from 2,6 - dimethoxyphenol by acylation and Fries rearrangement reaction. Results The overall yield was 63.8% and the structure of product was confirmed by H - NMR spectroscopy. Conclusion This method used cheap raw materials with high yield and low production cost, and it was suitable for industrial production.
