摘 要:目的采用高效液相色谱法建立醋艾叶的指纹图谱,同时测定不同产地醋艾叶中异泽兰黄素和棕矢车菊素的含量,为醋艾叶质量评价提供依据。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈(B)-0.2%甲酸(A)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长330 nm;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;柱温:25℃。结果建立了醋艾叶HPLC指纹图谱,方法学考察结果符合指纹图谱技术要求,采用该方法共检测了10批醋艾叶,共标定14个共有特征指纹峰;不同产地艾叶异泽兰黄素和棕矢车菊素含量存在差异。结论本法准确、可靠,建立的高效液相色谱指纹图谱为醋艾叶的质量控制提供更全面的信息。Objective To establish the fingerprint of Artemisiae Aigyi Folium Acetum by HPLC and determination the content of eupatilin and jaceosidin in Artemisiae Aigyi Folium Acetum collected from different areas. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse XDB- C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5um) and the mobile phaseconsisted of acetonitrile -0.2% formic acid at flow rate of 1.0 mL .min- 1 The detection wavelength and reference warelength were 330 nm and 420 nm. The column temperature was 25℃. Results Established HPLC fingerprint of Artemisiae Aigyi Folium Acetum, methodological study results met the technical requirements for fingerprinting,14 peaks were identified as the characteristic finger prints of Artemisiae Aigyi Folium Acetum through the determination of 10 samples from different areas. The differences on the content of eupatilin and jaceosidin were obvious. Conclusion The method has a good precision, stability and repeatability. The established fingerprints can be used for the quality control of Artemisiae Aigyi Folium Acetum.
