摘　　要：目的建立发用产品中去屑剂吡硫翁锌原料的含量测定方法。方法利用盐酸将样品酸化溶解,根据氧化还原反应的原理,采用自动滴定法,以碘标准溶液滴定测定确定样品中吡硫翁锌含量。结果该法测定吡硫翁锌精密度小于0.5%,加样回收率为97.5%～102.1%。结论该方法准确、快速、简便,适合化妆品原料吡硫翁锌的含量测定,为吡硫翁锌质量控制提供了方法。Objective To establish an accurate method for the determination of antidandruff agent zinc pyrithione（ZPT） in products for hair. Methods According to the principles of redox reactions, the sample was dissolved with hydrochloric acid, and then the content of ZPT was determined by automatic titrator with the iodine standard solution. Results The precision was less than 0.5 % , and the recoveries were between 97.5 % - 102.1%. Conclusion The method was accurate, fast and simple. It was suitable for the determination of cosmetic material of ZPT,and provided a method for quality control of ZPT.
