摘　　要：目的提高烫伤油的质量标准,更好地控制产品质量。方法采用薄层色谱法对紫草、黄芩和大黄进行定性鉴别,采用气相色谱法对冰片进行含量测定。结果紫草、黄芩和大黄的薄层鉴别斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。所测冰片的回收率为98.96%,RSD为1.60%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于烫伤油质量控制。Objective To improve the quality standard of Tangshangyou for better quality control of drugs. Methods The qualitative identifications of Radix Arnebiae, Radix Seutellariae and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei were determined by TLC. The content of Borneolum Syntheticum was determined by GC. Results The spots of TLC were clear and the negative control showed no interference. The average recovery of Borneolum Synthetieum was 98.96% and the RSD was 1.60% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive and accurate, and available for the quality control of Tangshangyou.
