摘　　要：针对功率框架开发中所遇到的设计问题,引入了有限元仿真建模的方法,通过具体的仿真实例分析,阐述了如何应用该工具来解决实际问题。According to the situation of power leadframe design,the solution of finite element simulation is introduced in this paper.It also explains how to apply this methodology in design by detailed simulation samples.
