在地市民化:农民工返乡的村庄社会后果

摘　　要：返乡农民工从经济、社会、精神和治理等四个层面对村庄社会产生剧烈的影响和冲击。他们正在挣脱村庄社会的束缚,以现代社会的行为规范引领村庄,形成"在地市民化"的局面,最终致使村落共同体走向瓦解。"在地市民化"意味着农民在思想观念和生产生活等各方面都与城市市民趋同。这是一种不同于一般城市化和市民化的状态,是没有城市化的市民化。返乡农民工的"在地市民化"状态,呼唤国家和社会各界从生产生活条件、福利保障待遇、思想精神文化等各方面给予他们更多的关怀。The returning migrant workers have caused severe effect and shock to the village from four levels,namely,economic,society,spirit and governance.They are breaking the bound of village society,and leading the village by modern behavioral rules.This leads to the ＂citizenition in the local places＂ situation and makes the village community disintegrate at last.The ＂citizenition in the local places＂ means the ideas and living mode become similar to the citizens.This is a situation which is not real urbanization and is different from the common urbanization and citizenition.The ＂citizenition in the local places＂ situation of migrant workers calls for the state and all social areas to pay more attention and support to them,such as production and living conditions,welfare and security benefits,spiritual health.
