摘 要:目的探讨神经根注射地塞米松与利多卡因的混合液或医用三氧对脊神经受压大鼠模型细胞因子表达的影响。方法将神经根置管手术成功的雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、药物注射组、三氧注射组(n=10),后3组每隔3d通过硬膜外导管注入药物或者三氧,各4次。术后第14日用免疫组织化学法观察脊神经根IL-1及IL-6表达的变化。结果与模型对照组比较,药物注射组、三氧注射组IL-1及IL-6表达明显降低(P〈0.05),药物注射组与三氧注射组IL—1及IL-6表达差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论神经根药物或三氧注射可通过降低IL-1及IL-6细胞因子的表达,对神经根性疼痛发挥治疗作用。Objective To explore the effects of nerve root block by dexamethasone and lidocaine or ozone on the expression of cytokine in the model of pressurized spinal nerve in rats. Methods Forty male SD rats underwent nerve root intubation operation were randomly divided into four groups(n= 10 in each): Normal control group, model control group, drug injection group and ozone injection group. Drugs or ozone was injected in the last three groups every three days through the epidural tube, four times in each group. Changes in the expressions of interleukin-1 (IL-1)and interleukin-6 (IL-6)in spinal nerve root were evaluated by immunehistochemical method at 14 d after the operation. Results The expressions of IL-1 and IL-6 were significantly decreased in the drug injection group and ozone injection group(P〈0.05), compared with model control group. There were no significant differences in the expressions of IL-1 and IL-6 between the drug injection group and ozone injection group(P〉0.05). Conclusion Nerve root block by drugs or ozone can bring down the expressions of IL-1 and IL-6, which may relate to alleviate the nerve root pain.
