摘　　要：目的观察复方骨肽注射液配合常规牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将52例患者随机分为观察组27例和对照组25例,观察组予复方骨肽注射配合常规西药、中成药以及牵引治疗,对照组予常规西药、中成药加牵引治疗。结果观察组临床有效率为96.29%,高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。结论复方骨肽注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound bone peptide injection with conventional traction treatment for lumbar disc herniation.Methods 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups.27 patients in the observation group were given compound bone peptide injection with conventional Western medicine,Chinese patent drug and traction,25 patients of control group were given the same therapeutic measure except for compound bone peptide injection.Results Clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group（96.29% vs.68.00%,P0.05）.Conclusion The compound bone peptide injection is effective and safe to treat lumbar disc herniation,and it is worthy of clinical application.
