陇东地区红色旅游资源开发刍议——基于华池、庆城两地的调查分析

摘　　要：陇东地区拥有大量特征鲜明、品位较高的红色旅游资源,其开发具有如下优势:第一,资源丰富、特征鲜明;第二,组合特征明显,适宜配套开发;第三,分布集中,交通日趋发达;第四,资源拓展性强,多重价值萃聚一身。据此,陇东地区红色旅游资源开发应遵循如下开发整合模式与具体方式:第一,优化预算结构,加大资金投入,并适当吸引民间资本进入;第二,更新管理观念,深挖非物质红色旅游资源潜能;第三,引进高新科技,保护开发数字化;第四,树立"大旅游"开发观,多重资源配套组合。总之,陇东地区红色旅游资源开发的宗旨和目的应是实现生态、社会、人相互间的普遍和谐,使旅游真正地为"人"服务。Eastern Gansu owns many characteristics and high-quality red tourism resources.Its development has the following advantages： first,those resources are rich and characteristic in resources;Second,they are obvious in many characteristics,which is suitable for coordinated development;Third,they are concentrated and the traffic is developed;Finally,the resources are great and filled with multiple values.Therefore,the development of red tourism resources should follow the following patterns and concrete ways in Eastern Gansu： First,optimize the structure of the budget,increase investment,and appropriately attract nongovernmental investment;Second,renew management idea and develop the potential of nonphysical red tourism resource;Third,introduce new and high technology,and protect digital development;Finally,set up a bigger tourism theory system,and help to multiple resources＇ combination.In short,the aim and purpose of the development of red tourism resources in Eastern Gansu should realize universally ecological,social,and mutual harmony.And,it makes travelling really serve for people.
