摘　　要：目的探讨跨关节固定治疗跖跗关节损伤的临床疗效。方法应用可控加压骑缝钉联合自锁螺钉钢板治疗12例跖跗关节损伤患者。结果患者均获随访,时间8～16个月。切口均一期愈合。根据美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)评分:优秀3例,良5例,一般4例。结论可控加压骑缝钉联合自锁镙钉钢板能灵活有效地治疗跖跗关节复合体损伤。Objective To study the effect of transarticular fixation for the metatarsal injury.Methods 12 cases of metatarsal injury were treated with transarticular fixation by screws and locking plate.Results All patients were followed up for 8～16 months.All got primary incision healing.According to AOFAS classification,the results were excellent in 3 cases,good in 5,and fair in 4.Conclusions The self-designed steel joint locking plate is flexible and effective treatment for the metatarsal injury.
