摘 要:目的探讨图文宣教访视方法在心脏手术术前访视中的应用价值,提高心脏手术术前访视的质量。方法将100例住院心脏手术患者随机分成2组:图文宣教术前访视组(A组)、普通术前访视组(B组)。采用状态一特质焦虑(STAL)量表进行焦虑情绪测评,均在访视前和麻醉前评测,并测定入院时和麻醉前血压、脉率,术后进行心理满意度调查。结果术前2组患者焦虑均值、脉率、血压波动差异无统计学意义;麻醉前15min,患者焦虑均值升高幅度和生理指标变化幅度A组〈B组,2组间差别有统计学意义,P〈0.05。术后A组心理满意度调查明显高于B组,2组间差别有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论图文宣教法术前访视能较普通术前访视更好地缓解心脏手术患者术前应激反应,稳定生命体征,便于麻醉手术顺利进行,便于术后康复,提高手术室护理质量。Objective To explore the value of education with text and pictures in preoperative interviews of cardiac surgery and to improve the quality of preoperative visits. Methods One hundred patients undergoing cardiac surgery were randomly divided into two groups: group of preoperative education with text and pictures ( group A ) and group of common preoperative interview ( group B ). Levels of anxiety were assessed using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory ( STAL ) before interview and anesthesia. Blood pressure and pulse rate were measured at admission and before anesthesia. Psychological satisfaction was surveyed postoperatively. Results Before surgery, mean levels of anxiety, pulse rate, and changes in blood pressure did not differ significantly. 15 rain before anesthesia, the mean level of anxiety and physiological indexes were greater in group B than in group A, with a significant statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Postoperative psyc, hological satisfaction was higher in group A than in group B, with a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Education with text and pictures in preoperative interviews can better alleviate preoperative stress response in patients schedualed for cardiac surgery and stabilize vital signs, and is benefical for smooth anesthesia and surgery, postoperative rehabilitation, and improvement of nursing quality of the operating room.
