摘　　要：从集成式供应链出发,研究在供应商给零售商提供的商业信用和商品具有变质情况发生的条件下集成式供应链系统的最优库存策略问题,通过分别建立零售商和供应商的库存模型,给出各自成本函数以及集成式供应链的成本函数。在集成式供应链总成本最小的目标下,确定供应商的最佳分销配送次数、零售商单位周期内的缺货时间系数。数值算例验证了结果的有效性,显示模型符合实际应用背景。The optimal inventory policy of the integrated supply chain was studied with trade credit and deterioration.The inventory models of the supplier and the retailer were established and the inventory cost functions of the supplier,the retailer and the integrated supply chain were given.Basing on the optimal inventory cost function of the integrated supply chain,the optimal distribution times of the supplier,the optimal fraction of shortage backlogging of the retailer were given.The validity of the result was illustrated by the final numerical example,which the model can serve as references for business managers or administrators.
