摘 要:以某预应力混凝土I形梁在起吊时的侧弯破坏为例,采用理论分析和有限元法,研究了起吊时引起I形梁破坏的几个原因。首先根据梁的截面特性计算了I形梁的侧向抗弯刚度,采用MIDAS软件计算了预应力钢筋张拉后引起的梁体侧挠值,再通过试算法确定了I形梁开始出现开裂的临界倾斜角度,最后参照文献中的有关设计原理,计算了预应力混凝土I形梁的侧向抗弯承载力。计算分析结果表明,预应力筋张拉产生的侧向挠曲、侧向抗弯刚度和倾斜角度是I形梁侧弯破坏的三个主要因素,对主梁运输安装的安全性具有极大的影响。A prestressed concrete I-shaped beam suffered lateral bending damage during lift for erection.This work investigated the reasons of the damage of the I-shaped beam by theoretical and finite element methods.Firstly,the lateral bending stiffness of the I-shaped beam was calculated according to the cross-sectional characteristic of the beam.The software MIDAS was used to calculate the lateral deflection due to the post-tensioning of the prestressed tendon.The critical angle of the cracking of the beam was then determined by trial-and-error method.The results show that the lateral deflection produced by the tension of the prestressing tendon,the lateral bending stiffness and inclination angle were three main factors that caused the lateral bending damage.These factors played a great effect on the beam transportation and erection security.
