摘　　要：本文借鉴我国当前城市公共品的供给现状,并对其进行了分析研究,指出城市公共品供给缺乏系统理论研究。主要包括:建设资金短缺、来源渠道单一;市场化程度不高;建设规划不够合理,历史账过多;管理水平不高等原因。同时,相应地提出加强我国城市公共品供给的系统理论研究:扩宽城市公共品建设资金筹措范围;进一步开放城市公共品供给市场;进一步提高城市规划的科学性、合理性;完善城市管理体制,切实提高城市管理水平等建议。用以提高我国当前城市公共品的有效供给,来促进整个社会福利的进一步发展和完善。In this article the present city public supply in China of the status quo,and the analysis of the current situation,points out that the city of public goods supply system theory research,construction fund shortage,the single channel source.The degree of mercerization is not high,construction planning are not reasonable enough,historical accounts too much.The management level of causes,and put forward accordingly to strengthen our city public goods supply system theory research,expanding city public funding construction area.Further open city public goods supply market.To further improve the urban planning of scientific and reasonable.Perfecting the urban management system,improving the urban management level and so on,improve our current city of effective supply of public,promote the whole social welfare.
