两种IUD用于人工流产术后即时放置的效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产后即时放置最有效、副作用最小的宫内节育器(IUD),以避免再次非意愿的意外怀孕。方法采用资料回顾性分析的方法,将于2008年12月～2011年12月入住我院停经7～9周且要求终止妊娠并需要采取避孕措施的妇女,在行人工流产手术之后即时放置TCu220CIUD与GyneFixINIUD患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,180例妇女放置TCu220CIUD,220例妇女放置GyneFixINIUD,在放置IUD之后的2、4、8个月进行随诊,对比分析上述两种IUD的使用性能及效果。结果上述两种IUD在第8个月的带器妊娠率、因症取出率、脱落率以及累积续用率分别为:TCu220CIUD:4(2.22%)、18(10.00%)、11(6.11%)、153(85.00%);GyneFixINIUD:2(0.91%)、7(3.18%)、5(2.27%)、208(94.55%)。TCu220CIUD与GyneFixINIUD两种IUD在带器妊娠率上不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);TCu220CIUD与GyneFixINIUD在因症取出率、脱落率以及累积续用率三个方面均存在着显著的统计学差异(P<0.01).结论由上述结果可以看出,人工流产术后即时放置GyneFixINIUD存在效果比较好、安全性高、避孕效果尤佳、脱落次数少、累积续用率高等方面的优点,应该在临床上加以推广和应用。Objective To explore the most effective immediately placed after artificial abortion,with minimal side effects of intrauterine device（IUD）,to avoid unwanted pregnancy.Methods The retrospective analysis method,will be at 2008.12-2011.12 7-9 in our hospital menopause and termination of pregnancy and contraception of women in artificial abortion operation,after TCu220C IUD and GyneFix IN immediately placed IUD in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 180 cases of women,placing TCu220C IUD,220 cases of women GyneFix IN IUD placed,placed in the IUD after 2,4,and 8 months of follow-up,comparative analysis of the two IUD performance and effect.Results The two IUD during eighth months of pregnancy with IUD rate,symptom removal rate,loss rate and cumulative continuation rates were：（1） TCu220C IUD：4（2.22%）,18（10%）,11（6.11%）,153（85%）;（2） GyneFix IN IUD：2（0.91%）,7（3.18%）,5（2.27%）,208（94.55%）.TCu220C IUD and GyneFix IN IUD two IUD during pregnancy with IUD rate does not exist significant difference,P0.05;TCu220C IUD GyneFix IN IUD in symptom and removal rate,loss rate and cumulative continuation rate three respects all have significant difference,P0.01.Conclusion The the results can be seen,after artificial abortion placed GyneFix IN IUD in the presence of relatively good effect,high safety,contraceptive effect is good,shedding frequency less,cumulative continuation rate higher advantages,should be popularized and applied in clinical.
