摘　　要：设计并实现了一种OLED寿命检测仪。该检测仪以LM3S1138微控制器为核心,包括数控电压输出电路、数控恒流源电路和光强测量电路,并增加了环境温度补偿功能,以提高检测的准确性。该检测仪可以同时对8路OLED器件进行自动测量、显示并保存检测结果。An OLED lifetime detector was designed and achieved. LM3Sl138 was used as the microcontroller core. Pro- grammable voltage output circuit, constant current source circuit and light intensity measuring circuit were designed, and ambient temperature compensation function was added for improving detection accuracy. The detector can simultaneously measure 80LED devices, display and save the results automatically.
