COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF CATALYST ABC FOR ANTI-BASIC NITROGEN DEACTIVATION IN FCC UNIT

摘  要:新型抗碱氮催化剂ABC在中国石化九江分公司催化裂化装置的工业应用结果表明:与空白对比剂相比,在处理量相当、催化裂化原料总氮和碱氮含量明显增加的情况下,汽油产率增加1.77百分点,转化率提高2.15百分点,总液体收率增加1.25百分点;在催化裂化原料性质相当、处理量明显增加的情况下,汽油产率增加0.99百分点,转化率提高0.11百分点,总液体收率增加1.02百分点;液体产品性质没有明显变化。说明催化剂ABC适用于加工高总氮和碱氮的原料,具有较强的重油转化能力、较高的汽油产率、较好的产物分布和产品选择性。Catalyst ABC for anti-basic nitrogen deactivation was successfully applied in the FCCU of SINOPEC Jiujiang Petrochemical Corporation. The results of industrial application showed that in comparison with the conventional catalyst used in base case under similar processing capacity, feedstock for catalyst ABC case had significant increase of total nitrogen and basic nitrogen content, the total liquid yield, gasoline yield and conversion in this case increased by 1.25, 1.77 and 2.15 percentage points, respectively; when the properties of feedstocks were similar, but processing capacity increased signifi- cantly in catalyst ABC case, the total liquid yield, gasoline yield and conversion of this case increased by 1.02, 0.99 and 0.11 percentage points, respectively. Besides, the properties of the liquid products were basically unchanged in these two cases. Thus, catalyst ABC is suitable to be used for processing feedstocks with high nitrogen and basic nitrogen content; it exhibits good performance of heavy oil conversion, high gasoline yield, good product distribution and selectivity to high value products.
