摘  要:为改进棒材短应力线精轧机的轧制尺寸精度,在分析短应力线精轧机结构的基础上,通过增加上下拉杆平衡装置的平衡力、增设轧辊轴承座机架压板的顶紧螺栓、使用经过精密加工的专用轧机调整平台、将轧机吊装方式由对角线斜吊改为轧机轴承座水平吊起后,将精轧机的弹跳值减小至0.3mm,轧机轴向窜动量减小至0.1mm。To improve the short-stress line finishing mill rolling dimensional accuracy,the structure of short-stress line finishing mill was analyzed.Based on it,the balance forces of upper and lower rod balance device were increased,the bolt for roll bearing box clamping cap was added,high precision mill adjustment platform was used,the mill lifting type was changed from diagonal to bearing level lift.By these measures,the spring value of finishing mill was reduced to 0.3mm,and the roll shifting value was decreased to 0.1mm.
