摘 要:多离子固溶对阿利特的影响产生复合效应,与单一离子显著不同。采用X射线衍射结合Rietveld方法、差示扫描量热、红外光谱等,研究了Na+、Mg2+等熟料阿利特中7种典型杂质离子复合掺杂对阿利特介稳结构及多晶转变的影响。结果表明:7种离子以常规含量复合存在时,显著促进阿利特烧成,并主要稳定M3型阿利特,Mg2+及Al3+对稳定阿利特高温型结构的影响最大,不含Mg2+或Al3+阿利特以T3型为主;高含量P5+(1%P2O5,质量分数,下同)可稳定R型阿利特;高含量Mg2+(2%MgO)稳定的M3型,在600℃附近向三斜晶型的再次受热转变受阻,而Fe3+促进这一转变;随离子稳定阿利特结构对称性的提高,[SiO4]四面体的对称性也提高。Multiple foreign ions doping affects alite through the mutual interactions of these ions,which is significantly deviated from the effect of single doping.In this work,the effect of combined doping with seven typical foreign ions such as Na+,Mg2+,etc.on the metastable structure and allotropic phase transition of alite was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction combined with the Rietveld method,differential scanning calorimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,respectively.It was found that the combined doping with the typical concentrations of all the doped foreign ions could favour the formation of alite,and promote the M3-type alite stabilization.Mg2+ and Al3+ have the most significant effect on the stabilization of the higher-temperature forms of alite,and the ab-sence of either Mg2+ or Al3+ resulted in the stabilization of T3-type alite.In addition,alite with high P5+ concentration(1%P2O5,mass fraction,the same below) was stabilized as R type.For alite stabilized as M3 type and with high Mg2+ concentration(2%MgO),the reversion to triclinic at 600 ℃ on the reheating was blocked,and the presence of Fe3+ promoted this transformation.The higher sym-metry of tetrahedron was attained as the structural symmetry of ion-stabilized alite was increased.
