摘　　要：针对当前电子式互感器的研制情况,着重研究并解决了电子式互感器的数字同步和数字通信的关键技术难点。在数字同步技术方面,使用数字移相和相位均衡技术将数字信号波形大范围地前移并保持近似于线性的群延时;使用二次插值技术在小范围内进行精细的相位调整。在数字通信方面,针对IEC 61850-9-2LE标准互操作性较差的缺陷,提出分布式采样值控制块的思想,定制了分布式采样值控制块之间的通信协议。实验分析表明了所提出方法的可行性。According to development situation of electronic transformer,the key technical difficulties of digital synchronization and digital communication in the electronic transformer are given emphasis to study and settle.At the aspect of digital synchronization,the digital signal waveform is forwarded in a large range and maintains approximately linear-phase delay with digital phase-shift and phase equalization technology.The two-order interpolation is used to adjust the phase precisely in a small range.In the digital communication,in order to solve the shortage of interactivity in IEC 61850-9-2 LE,the idea of distributed sampling value control block（SVCB） is proposed and also the communication protocol among the distributed SVCBs is fulfilled.The analysis shows that the method proposed is feasible.
