摘 要:以12个粘贴碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)的木材试件为对象,考察黏结长度对黏结性能的影响,获得相应的局部黏结滑移曲线.由试验结果和理论分析可得出如下结论:CFRP与木材界面的剥离是从加载端向自由端逐渐发展的;黏结剪应力-滑移曲线基本上为两段式,由上升段和下降段组成,上升段呈现直线形式,下降段则为双曲线形.通过对实验结果进行Matlab编程拟合,得到了CFRP加固樟木顺纹黏结滑移本构模型,该模型与实验结果较吻合.Twelve specimens of externally bonded CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced polymer/plastic) plate were employed to analyze the influences of the bond length,and obtain the curve about the local bond-slip relationship.Based on the test results and theoretical analysis,the conclusions can be obtained as flollows:the debonding between CFRP and wood was gradually developing from the loaded end to the freed end;the bond-slip curve basically has two parts,the rising step as the shape of straight,and the declining step as the shape of hyperbolic curve.A local bond-slip model of fir grain direction with fixed CFRP was proposed by Matlab fitting the test results.The model matches the experimental results well.
