摘　　要：为了加强对漳河信息化建设的管理,完善其建设管理制度,通过对漳河信息化建设管理多年来实践经验的总结,从基础设施建设、业务应用、保障环境3个方面,对漳河信息化建设进行了评价,分析了在信息化建设管理中存在的问题,同时针对漳河信息化建设的不足,如资源难以共享、重硬件轻软件、管理制度缺失等,提出了进一步加强灌区信息化建设管理的对策。To strengthen the information construction and management,and improve the construction management system,the information construction of Zhanghe River is evaluated from the aspects of infrastructure construction,operation and guarantee through experience summary of the information construction management.The existing problems in the management are also analyzed such as difficulty of information sharing,laying much more attention on hardware than software,lag of management system.Moreover,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed in view of the current situation of Zhanghe River.
